Excellent article on Adrian. He really is starting to look the real deal. We could have a world class keeper on our hands. Marvellous according to Jose Mourinho.

http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/west-ham-united/transfer-talk/news/west-ham-to-offer-adrian-new-deal_198268.html

West Ham United are reportedly prepared to hand goalkeeper Adrian a new contract.

The Spaniard arrived at Upton Park from Real Betis in 2013, initially as cover for the experienced Jussi Jaaskelainen.

However, he has since forced his way into Sam Allardyce's team on a regular basis and now, the Hammers are keen to extend his stay with the club.

The 28-year-old's current deal is due to expire in the summer of 2016, but he will be offered terms for a further two years, according to The Mirror.

Adrian has made a total of 48 appearances for the East Londoners.

Re: Adrian article
Do you think he is aware of the Rocky reference when fans are screaming his name or he thinks we just talk like that normally and are all retarded?

Re: Adrian article
hes a good shot stopper which is the least you expect from a keeper, but does have a worrying habit of letting the ball bounce off him back into the middle rather than away from goal, think that will cost us atleast one goal before the end of the season

Re: Adrian article
So does anyone know of any interest being show by any other club? Or is this just scaremongering out of nothing other than an article on him?

Re: Adrian article
Personally i like the guy and think hes a real athlete. Makes him a very good shot stopper and he also has good hands and has made some very tidy saves low down and held them when he needs to as he positions his body well to receive the ball....... But he's pretty hopeless in the air and doesn't in any way feature as an influence in the box.

I think peple underestimate just how imposing our CBs are in the air and with others chipping in, especially Carroll when he's fit, we are exceptional defending crosses and corners. So he doesn't really need to come out and claim and make an impact. But I don't think he has it in his game should we need it.

I'm not saying West Ham Utd are trying to sell him at all.

It would be a real shame if bids for Adrian came in this transfer window, very unsettling.

Re: Adrian article
He is trying to suggest we are trying to sell Adrian I think

Nothing to do with the players excellent form, some high profile saves, and the fact the supporters have been clambering for him to get MOM at every home game

I genuinely think he has autism. Nicey that is.

You'd think they could have placed the article in November when del bosque made the comment rather than reveal it as news in January.

I think must peope see the fat one for what he is now and realise his agenda so it will stop it. Have a nice day, I've got the car fixed so on the road now to South Wales.

A lot of PR around Adrian during this month. Just like a lot of game time for Nolan, Jarvis and Carroll.

And the link?
